Refund policy

General Returns and Exchange Policy

You don't have to contact me directly to submit return requests.
You have 30 days from the item's delivery date to initiate the request. 

You can submit return requests through the website here. After you submit a return request, your return will be approved or declined. If your return is approved, you will be emailed shipping instructions and any return labels.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Unfortunately I cannot offer refunds on custom orders unless faulty.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify you that you item has been received and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 4 working days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
