The Philosophy
I do my absolute best to ensure every seam is reinforced and every fabric is chosen for its durability. However, I know that life happens and accidents occur. This guarantee is the safety net I've built to withstand the beautiful chaos of a creative life.
What's Covered
- Popped Seams: Any seam that has pulled apart or stitching that has come undone
- Loose Buttons: Missing buttons or failed fastenings
- Hem Repairs: Any area where construction has weakened through normal wear
Not Covered
- Excessive damage: Large-scale fabric tears from significant accidents (e.g., catching on a sharp fence or fire damage), though I am happy to discuss a paid repair or creative "visible mending" solution for these cases.
- Neglect: Damage from incorrect laundering or moth damage
- Modifications: Pieces altered by third-party tailors
How it Works
Terms & Conditions
- Cleanliness: All garments must be freshly washed before sending back - my machines are super sensitive to dust and oils, so can only work on clean items!
- Ownership: The guarantee stays with the garment, even if sold or gifted to your best mate, i will still repair, for free, for life.
- Timeframe: Repairs usually completed within 14 business days, i will contact you to keep you updated on your repairs.
- My aim is always a near-invisible repair to your garment. That said, please note that not every injury is "invisible-mending" friendly! If a total disappearing act isn't in the cards, I promise to make the repair look as cool, deliberate, and stylish as humanly possible. I’ll always check in with you for approval before taking any creative liberties, so we can ensure you're just as obsessed with the result as I am.
