Because I operate a made - to - order studio, each order is placed into a batch. Each batch is made and shipped out by a certain date. Current batch deadlines and dispatch dates are clearly stated on the homepage, product pages and at checkout. You can read more about the ordering process here.

I ship all orders with Evri, which is a fully tracked and insured service. You will recieve an email once your order has left thestudio, and you should expect delivery within 2 - 4 working days from the dispatch date. This is a flat rate fee of £3.50.

Yes! because prices vary by country, please get in touch for a personalised shipping quote. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs taxes and duties which are the customers responsibility to pay.

 You have 30 days from delivery date to return your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. However, if there is a problem with the quality or fit, please reach out immediately. I want you to love your Pin Clothing piece, and I’ll do my best to make it right.

Full sizing details can be found on each individual product page. If you are in between sizes, would like a size that isn't listed, or would like a shorter or longer length, please get in touch!
