Here at Pin Clothing, we do things differently!

Because I run a slow-fashion studio, I don’t keep warehouses full of stock. Instead, I operate on a Batch System. This allows me to be more sustainable, minimize fabric waste (I use every scrap!), and focus entirely on creating gorgeous pieces that are built specifically for you.

Here is exactly what happens when you place an order.

Browse & place your order before the batch closes

Up to the end of the day on April 30, 2026

Current batch closes

April 30, 2026

All orders in batch get made

Between April 30, 2026 & May 8, 2026 - You can still order in the time frame but your order will be added to the next batch.

All orders ship before shipping deadline

May 8, 2026

By doing it this way, I can ensure everything is made to order, nothing goes to waste, and you get a piece that is truly crafted for you.

I know we’re all used to "next-day delivery," but slow fashion takes a little time. By ordering a piece from Pin Clothing, you’re choosing to support a solo-maker and helping me keep waste out of landfills. Thank you for your patience!

What if I need it sooner?

Since everything is made to order, I cannot rush the process, but feel free to reach out to check availability as i may be able to make your order sooner than stated.

Do you offer custom sizing?

Since these are made-to-order, I can often make small adjustments. If you’re worried about fit, message me on Instagram or use the contact form before you place your order, and we can chat about it!

What is your return policy?

 You have 30 days fromdelivery date to return your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. However, if there is a problem with the quality or fit, please reach out immediately. I want you to love your Pin Clothing piece, and I’ll do my best to make it right.
